There Is A Place

Fiona Robertson

There is a place I long to see,
But I may never find.
For it is locked away in fantasy,
Deep within my mind.
It is a wonderfully, magical place,
With joyful laughter ringing,
Lively dancers dancing,
And happy voices singing.
It is a place where,
 The sun shines brightly,
Where the youth are young,
And the aged are sprightly.
Where the blind are now,
Miraculously able to see,
And the deaf can hear sound,
Just like you and me.
Where those who can't walk,
Can now run and play.
And those who are silent,
Have so much to say.
Where the saddest of hearts,
Are happy once more,
And those that have nothing,
Are no longer poor.
Where the once were lost,
Are now all found.
Where we will find our special people,
Who were angel bound.
There is a place,
A place I dream to be.
There is a very special place,
That I may never see.
